It's a pity Luke Voit doesn't play catcher as he did in college.  Even on a part-time basis would make us all look at him through a different lens.

So, putting this all together, it looks like the 25 man roster will be:

3B: Yandy Diaz (.262/.355/.335, 93 OPS+, 1.7 WAR/600, AV D)
C: Buster Posey (.288/.363/.407, 109 OPS+, 4.8 WAR/600, VG D)
C: Austin Barnes (.240/.344/.355, 91 OPS+, 2.8 WAR/600, AV D)
DH: Luke Voit (.264/.344/.474, 116 OPS+, 2.4 WAR/600)
RF: Franmil Reyes (.258/.330/.474, 116 OPS+, 2.6 WAR/600, AV D)
1B: Peter Alonso (.239/.324/.450, 110 OPS+, 2.6 WAR/600, AV D)
LF: Jabari Blash  (.216/.317/.455, 110 OPS+, 2.3 WAR/600, AV D)
2B: Joey Wendle (.256/.302/.389, 90 OPS+, 2.0 WAR/600, VG D)
SS: Nick Ahmed (.246/.297/.413, 81 OPS+, 2.4 WAR/600, EX D)
CF: Myles Straw (.251/.325/.307, 78 OPS+, 1.9 WAR/600, VG D)

That's not a bad offense, though it drops off dramatically at the bottom, though they make it up with their gloves. Straw bats ninth as kind of a second leadoff hitter, and will have the green light to run at will.

Bench:
C: Max Stassi (.211/.295/.377, 86 OPS+, 1.7 WAR/600, AV D)
UT: Tyler White (.257/.336/.442, 109 OPS+, 2.1 WAR/600, AV-PR D)
OF: Steven Souza (.247/.339/.458, 104 OPS+, 2.1 WAR/600, AV D)
UI: Yairo Munoz (.253/.304/.386, 85 OPS+, 0.9 WAR/600, AV-FR D)
UT: Renato Nunez (.236/.292/.430, 94 OPS+, 1.1 WAR/600, AV-FR D)

Lots of defensive versatility (if not skill) here: Barnes probably gets rated at 2B; Munoz probably at 2B, 3B, and SS, and possibly RF; Nunez probably gets 3B and LF; White could get rated at 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, LF.

SP: Max Scherzer (142 ERA+, 5.1 WAR/200)
SP: Stephen Strasburg (127 ERA+, 4.4 WAR/200)
SP: Alex Wood (110 ERA+, 3.3 WAR/200)
SP: Yonny Chirinos (97 ERA+, 2.3 WAR/200)
SP: Alec Mills (95 ERA+, 2.1 WAR/200)
SP: Aaron Wilkerson (95 ERA+, 2.0 WAR/200)

Scherzer is great; the rest of the rotation is mediocre.

RP: Lou Trivino (126 ERA+, 1.5 WAR/80)
RP: Silvino Bracho (122 ERA+, 1.2 WAR/80)
RP: Sam Dyson (103 ERA+, 0.4 WAR/80)
RP: Danny Barnes (97 ERA+, 0.4 WAR/80)
RP: Enyel De Los Santos (92 ERA+, 0.7 WAR/80)

The weakest part of my team, by far.

What does it all add up to? I think I've got a shot at .500, maybe hanging on the fringes of contention with some good luck.

Scot.

Scot,
You've got a better looking squad than mine.

I've said it before, but imagine Voit's value if he had been able to stick behind the plate where he played in college.
