This isnít exactly what youíre asking about, but Carlos Sanchez with the Rockies now goes by Yolmer Sanchez.

Thanks Jon!

Curious... why is the Decline LTC offer even an option?
Great question, or more to the point for me, why does declining mean no one else can offer? Iíll have some time this week to read the code. My assumption is that it was the easiest way to close the .php.

I've confirmed my assumption.  It's an easy end to the .php and that's about it.

I've put this on my database to-do list, but check me when the disk comes out.  I want to see if they issue a new dmb_uid number (which wouldn't make sense, but it's Imagine Sports we're talking about...) or if they'll just change the name.

The database work for the off-season is now essentially complete aside from adding Winter Draft picks to rosters when it is completed and adding the remainder of the WD eligible players to the FA pool.  Announcements for further important dates will be given as soon as the EC has agreed to a rough outline.  Thanks, folks!

Here are some rough dates for the remainder of the off-season:

*Projected final team ZiPS release date roughly Friday, 2/9.

*Arb/Option decisions due Friday 2/9, 11:59:59 PM Eastern.

*Tier 1 FA begins Monday, 2/12, bids due 11:59:59 PM Eastern, I'll open up the GM Desk on Saturday 2/10 for bids.

*Tier 2 FA begins Monday, 3/5, bids due 11:59:59 PM Eastern, I'll change the GM Desk to Tier 2 on Saturday, 3/3.

*Tier 3 FA begins/LTC negotiation window closes roughly Monday, 3/26, bids due 11:59:59 PM Eastern.  This date will be in flux, as Tier 3 FA begins after we've had 1 day with zero teams submitting a Tier 2 bid.

**Week 1 MP Tentatively Due: Friday, 4/20, 11:59 PM EST**

Our schedule to catch up to real life looks like this:

Week 1 MP Due: Friday, 4/20, 11:59 PM EST
Week 2 MP Due: Tuesday, 4/24, 11:59 PM EST
Week 3 MP Due: Friday, 4/27, 11:59 PM EST
Week 4 MP Due: Tuesday, 5/1, 11:59 PM EST
Week 5 MP Due: Friday, 5/4, 11:59 PM EST
Week 6 MP Due: Tuesday, 5/8, 11:59 PM EST
Week 7 MP Due: Friday, 5/11, 11:59 PM EST
Week 8 MP Due: Tuesday, 5/15, 11:59 PM EST
Week 9 MP Due: Friday, 5/18, 11:59 PM EST

After this point, we return to MPs being due on Fridays only.

Summer Draft begins June 4th, so just over two weeks after we are caught up.

**Should the ZiPS disk be released sooner, we'll absolutely start sooner.  This schedule was made based on dates of release the last three years.**
