OK guys, we've got to pick up the pace here.  We've made 16 total picks over the last ~4 days. At that rate, it would take us until mid/late November to finish this draft, which is well off of the pace that we need to hit. 

Everyone needs to pay attention and pick somewhat promptly, else this will just feed on itself.  (As in, I'm not going to bother checking in, because there's no way my pick is going to come up today, etc.)

Check in minimally every morning and evening, and if your pick is coming up relatively soon, email Joel a pick, or be ready to log back in.

I am not a fan of time limits but that's where we are heading. If you are a few picks away and you choose to email me a pick, send a couple, just in case your selection is drafted by a team ahead of you.
